1. Leveraged futures

Futures involve leveraged exposure. Small adverse price moves can consume a large part of margin; losses can occur rapidly and can exceed the amount anticipated. Leverage also magnifies fees and funding relative to margin. Higher-profile labels indicate relative execution settings, not a reliable measure of future losses.

2. Profiles and trading universe

Flux permits up to 100x on the ten highest-volume active USDT perpetuals, Vector up to 50x on the top thirty positive 24-hour gainers, and Volt up to 100x on twenty liquidity-qualified contracts ranked by 24h high-low range divided by price. Actual leverage may be much lower or a trade may be skipped. High leverage can cause rapid liquidation; bracket and liquidation-spacing checks cannot prevent gaps, exchange changes or liquidation. Gainers may reverse sharply; rankings do not establish investment value or future direction. Both long and short positions are possible.

3. Loss allowance and exits

The chosen loss percentage is measured against each position’s initial margin, not the selected notional or the whole account. Automated sizing includes an estimated execution-cost allowance, but actual fees, funding, gaps, slippage, liquidation and failed requests can exceed estimates. An exchange-acknowledged stop is not a guaranteed loss cap. Take-profit orders and software trailing exits may execute at different prices or fail.

4. Portfolio and profit protection

Automatic policy platform-2.0 permits up to ten concurrent contracts and commitment capacities of 97% Flux, 98% Vector and 99% Volt, including execution reserves. Initial margin is lower after reserves. Per-coin concentration caps are 20%, 30% and 40%. Planned loss reservations scale with the chosen allowance. Higher capital use increases possible losses, including correlated losses. Funds may remain unused if signals, data or exchange checks do not qualify. Profile limits and sampled session profit protection appear in the console. These are estimates and trigger instructions, not guaranteed execution limits. Profit protection may pause entries and request closure of automatic positions after a retracement. Use a dedicated exchange account without transfers during an active session; transfers or unrelated trading distort account-equity protection. The revised profit floor is calculated on successful sampled checks and requests tighter exchange-held reduce-only stops. The original hard stop is retained; old profit stops are canceled only after a replacement is acknowledged. A missed peak before a check, price gaps, rejected or uncertain requests, slippage and partial fills can still turn a profit into a loss.

5. Operational and model risk

Rules are fallible and can produce consecutive losses. Backtests, demo trading, small samples and historical profits do not establish future profitability. Demo liquidity, matching and prices may differ from live trading. Scheduled scans are not continuous tick-by-tick supervision. Correlated positions can lose together.

6. Custody and permissions

Funds remain at the exchange. API trading permission can still cause substantial losses even without withdrawal access. Credential encryption, two-step verification and IP restrictions reduce some risks but do not eliminate compromise or exchange counterparty risk.
