1. Plan and activation
The free Demo trial uses members’ own Exchange Demo credentials and virtual funds for seven days from registration. The trial does not reset on verification, API-key replacement, payment cancellation or subscription expiry. Active Pro members may continue demo trading after the free trial. Pro is advertised at USD 60 per month and permits live-account connections subject to verification, eligibility, operator availability and a valid entitlement. All three execution profiles are included. No return or minimum trade count is promised. There is no money-back guarantee or voluntary refund, subject to mandatory legal rights.
2. Paymento checkout
When enabled by the operator, members can request a USD 60 invoice and continue to Paymento hosted checkout to pay the quoted USDT amount on an enabled network. The website does not collect card details, wallet seed phrases or private signing keys. Access is activated only after server-side payment verification, not a browser success message. Underpayments and unconfirmed funds do not activate access. Reopen the existing invoice to complete a pending payment. Operator-granted beta access and test invoices are not proof of a paid subscription.
3. Price, period and renewal
New invoices are priced at USD 60; previously issued invoices retain their recorded amounts and existing paid-through dates are unchanged. The total platform charge is USD 60 for one calendar month and includes applicable taxes the operator must charge. Any blockchain/wallet fees are separate. USDT is quoted by Paymento; do not assume that a USD price is an exact token amount. The paid period starts after verification or extends from the current paid-through date, whichever is later. The console and payment confirmation show the expiry. Each renewal requires a new payment; no automatic wallet debit is authorized. Service emails normally remind verified members three days and one day before paid expiry and when access ends. Canceled memberships do not receive renewal reminders. A demo reminder is normally sent one day before trial expiry and when the trial ends. Delivery depends on email availability; the displayed expiry applies even if a reminder is delayed or not received. The service emails a payment confirmation with a member-only printable payment receipt after verification. Gateway communications do not replace the operator’s own membership records. Payment receipts do not replace any tax invoice the operator is legally required to provide; contact support for that document.
4. Cancellation
Members can choose Cancel Pro membership under Console → Subscription, or contact support. The console records cancellation immediately, sends a confirmation email to verified members and stops future renewal reminders. Current paid access remains until its paid-through date. There is no automatic wallet charge to cancel; making no further payment also stops renewal. Cancellation does not close exchange positions or void an unpaid gateway invoice. A new payment is a new affirmative request to renew and restores normal membership reminders. Subscription cancellation, refunds and exchange-position closure are distinct actions.
5. Expiry and positions
When Pro access expires, new live entries are blocked. Free demo entries are limited to seven days from registration; active Pro members retain demo access. Existing risk-reducing management, protective exchange orders and member close controls remain available while credentials are valid. Subscription cancellation or expiry does not guarantee liquidation-free closure and does not erase exchange positions.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
We offer no money-back guarantee and no voluntary refunds for change of mind, unused membership time, trading performance or ordinary trading losses. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation, billing-error and refund rights remain available. For eligible distance-service contracts, applicable statutory withdrawal periods and any lawful exception for immediate performance must be applied to the actual service and purchaser. Do not treat registration alone as waiver of withdrawal rights. Refund disputes, billing errors and duplicate charges are reviewed through support and the payment provider. Refunds are handled by the operator through support; no automatic refund transfer is initiated by this application. Use the correct network and contact support with the order reference for late, wrong-network or excess payments; do not send another payment while an earlier one is unresolved.
